No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than the cost of publication. The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $178,333. 

Bill Analysis

SJR 27 is a constitutional amendment that would prohibit the state or any local government from taking any action that would limit or prohibit religious services in this state. Should the amendment be passed by the legislature, it would be submitted to voters for consideration in the November 2, 2021 election.
