Bill Analysis

SB 702 would postpone sunset of The Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board from 2021 to 2033. The bill would make a variety of changes to the Board in accordance with recommendations by the Sunset Advisory Commission. The bill would also establish an advisory committee subject to open meetings rules of Chapter 551.
