Estimated Two­-year Net Impact to General Revenue Related Funds for SB 41, Committee Report 1st House, Substituted: a negative impact of ($84,000) through the biennium ending August 31, 2023.

However, there is estimated to be substantial revenue gains to GR­-Dedicated accounts and Other Funds.

The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of the bill.

Bill Analysis

SB 41 would consolidate the civil filing fees required by law into a single section of code. It would also eliminate certain civil filing fees that have been ruled unconstitutional by various courts.
