SB 2247 would remove all application and renewal fees for obtaining a license to carry a handgun in Texas.

Texas Action supports SB 2247 because it promotes the principles of limited government and individual liberty. The state should not be nickel and diming Texans seeking to exercise their Constitutional rights in a lawful manner.
