Bill Analysis

SB 2195 would prevent pharmacy benefits managers from causing a claim payment to a pharmacist or pharmacy to be reduced after adjudication. The bill would make several other modifications to the relationships between pharmacists, pharmacy benefit managers, and health insurance providers.
