Bill Analysis

HB 72 is bracketed to Fort Bend County. The bill would allow Fort Bend County to enact and enforce rules for parks in the county. The bill would prohibit the county from adopting rules relating to the use of fireworks. A person who violates a rule enacted by the county would be liable for a civil penalty up to $100 per violation.
