Bill Analysis

HB 3924 would allow the Farm Bureau to offer sponsored health benefit plans to Farm Bureau members and their family members. Certain conditions would apply, including a prohibition on requiring  a six month wait for treatment of a preexisting condition that would otherwise be covered by the plan.

Texas Action supports HB 3924 because it espouses the free market, individual liberty, and limited government principles by enabling the Farm Bureau to offer health benefit plans to its members.
