Relating to determining the incapacity of a guardian.

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
HB 3394 would permit a court, if there is probable cause to
believe a guardian is incapacitated, to appoint an attorney to represent the
ward's interests and appoint an investigator to investigate whether the
guardian should be removed. The court would also be permitted to appoint physicians
to examine the guardian if they believe it is necessary to make a
determination.
