HB 3034 would establish a statewide homelessness data system for state agencies, local governmental entities, including law enforcement agencies, court systems, school districts, emergency service providers, and other relevant persons to share information related to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action is opposed to HB 3034 which would grow the cost and scope of state government and is inconsistent with our limited government principle.
