Bill Analysis

HB 2675 would require the creation of an "at risk" designation for a person who applies for a license to carry a handgun and who is at an increased risk of becoming a victim of violence. The bill outlines qualifications for obtaining such a designation and procedures for handling the expediting of an application for a license to carry a handgun for an at risk applicant.
