HB 2639 would require The Public Utility Commission of Texas to conduct a study of the impacts of existing and possible future interconnections of electric transmission service facilities in Texas with electric transmission service facilities in the United Mexican States. The report must be submitted to the Texas legislature by September 1, 2022.
