Bill Analysis

HB 2350 would create a new Water Resources Restoration Program to allow a state revolving fund established under the Water Code to be used to provide financial assistance for local nature-based water quality enhancement projects. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action opposes HB 2350 which would expand the scope and cost of government. Local nature-based water quality enhancement projects should be funded locally.
