Bill Analysis

HB 2127 is bracketed to EpicCentral which is a large entertainment development with a water park, restaurants, and other entertainment amenities. HB 2127 would allow people at the park to take alcoholic beverages from dinner at one of the restaurants to other areas of the park.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action supports HB 2127. This is a hyper-local bill but to the extent that it removes some government imposed restrictions, it modestly moves the needle toward liberty.
