Bill Analysis

HB 2091 would rename the Harris County Board of Protective Servies for Children and Adults to the "Harris County Board of Resources for Children and Adults" to more accurately reflect the mission of the board. The bill would give this board the ability to disburse available funds to care for eligible adults and elderly persons and to collaborate with state agencies to provide such services.
