Bill Analysis

HB 1980 would void a provision of a nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement between an employer an employee if the agreement prohibits the employee from notifying a local or state law enforcement agency or any state or federal regulatory agency of sexual assault or harassment committed by an employee of the employer or if it prohibits an employee from disclosing to any person the facts surrounding any sexual assault or harassment.
