Bill Analysis

HB 1728 would allow veterans to hunt or fish for a day without a license if they are accompanied by a representative of a select nonprofit organization (if that representative possesses the required license).

Vote Recommendation Notes

HB 1728 is narrow and extremely limited in scope and does not appear to conflict with our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
