No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

SB 2015 would direct the Texas Department of Transportation to issue a specialty license plate in consultation with the Kids Shouldn't Have Cancer Foundation, with the revenue from issuance fees for the plates going to the cancer prevention and research fund, after deducting administrative costs. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action remains neutral on SB 2015 as it does not affect our liberty principles.
