Bill Analysis

SB 1324 would require students who earn 15 credit hours of dual credit to file a degree plan with the institution of higher education granting the dual credit. It would also require students to undergo advising after having accrued 15 semester credit hours.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action remains neutral on SB 1324 because it does not affect our liberty principles.
