Bill Analysis
HB 886 would amend the Special District Local Laws Code in order to allow for an administrative change for the Muenster Hospital District board. This bill would change the number of directors to seven to nine. In addition, the bill would require the board to appoint a CEO, and also defines the duties of the newly appointed CEO. Lastly, this bill outlines duties for other staff that would be hired or appointed to Muenster County Hospital District.
