Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action supports HB 882 for promoting the principles of individual liberty and limited government. Bingo is incredibly over-regulated in Texas, and any steps taken to deregulate or lighten the regulatory burden on bingo and allow greater individual freedom are desirable. The state should seek to do as much as it can to repeal burdensome bingo regulations.
