Bill Analysis
HB 864 would detail the information operators must provide to the Railroad Commission after a natural gas pipeline incident. It would also require operators to notify the the Commission within one hour following discovery of the incident. Finally, this bill would require the Commission to retain state records regarding pipeline incidents perpetually.
