Bill Analysis

HB 808 would amend the third domain of indicators of achievement used for school accountability purposes to provide that certain data from different racial and ethnic groups, disaggregated by sex, may not be used for school accountability purposes for before the accountability ratings assigned for the 2022-2023 school year. This subsection would expire September 1, 2023.
