Bill Analysis

HB 747 would allow governing bodies of municipalities with a population of between 19,000 and 60,000, and a campus of North Central Texas College, to create a fire control, prevention, and emergency medical services district. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

Due to the local nature of this bill, and the required approval of the voters who would be affected by the provisions of this bill, we remain neutral on HB 747.
