No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Bill Analysis

HB 476 would require public institutions of higher education that have policies regarding EpiPens to include the policies in the student handbook and publish them on the institution's website. A copy of the policy would be required to be sent to the Department of State Health Services.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action remains neutral on HB 476 because it does not affect our liberty principles.
