No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Bill Analysis

HB 403 would require school board members to take a one hour course every two years that would provide training on identifying and reporting potential victims of sexual abuse, human trafficking, and other maltreatment of children. Superintendents would also be required to complete two and a half hours of training every five years.
