Bill Analysis

HB 4003 would require the Higher Education Coordinating Board to conduct a study on methods to mitigate or prevent a shortage in the number of primary care physicians. The coordinating board would submit a report on the results of the study and any recommendations for legislative action no later than December 1, 2020.
