Bill Analysis

HB 3753 would authorize a county fire marshal to (1) provide training programs and operate a training facility, (2) specify that such training programs relate to fire-fighting and fire prevention, and (3) change the entities for whom the fire marshal provides such programs to first responders in the county, rather than just fire-fighting and fire prevention units.
