Bill Analysis

HB 3672 would require the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Department of State Health Services to collect admission, discharge, and transfer data relating to licensed chemical dependency treatment facilities in a manner that satisfied applicable data set requirements published by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and maximize the overall state allotment of federal funds.
