Relating to a study by the Texas Water Development Board of groundwater conditions in certain counties.

HB 3264 would direct the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) to analyze and assess current and projected groundwater production and the effects of that production in certain counties in Central Texas. The TWDB must complete a report on data and findings by September 1, 2020, and make copies of the report available to the public.
