Bill Analysis

HB 2846 would require the City of Houston to enter in a contract with Brazos River Authority in order to transfer the ownership of the Allen’s Creek Reservoir Project. This contract would include water permits, federal guidelines, the ability to construct the project, and the transfer of funds to not exceed $5 million dollars
