Bill Analysis
HB 2791 would make minor language changes to a section of the Alcoholic Beverage Code concerning transport of alcohol to a place where the sale of alcohol is legal to a place where its possession is
legal without holding a license or permit. The bill clarify that persons may "personally" transport the alcohol.
