According to the Legislative Budget Board, no fiscal impact to the state is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

HB 2786 would require an application for renewal of a day-care center, family home, or group day-care home license to include a disclosure of the total number of employees who left employment with the license holder during the preceding calendar year.
