Bill Analysis

HB 2642 would require school districts and open-enrollment charter schools to annually report through the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) the number of reported incidents of bullying that have occurred on campus. Schools would be required to specify the number of incidents of bullying that included cyberbullying.
