According to the Legislative Budget Board, no fiscal impact to the state is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

HB 2425 would allow for pharmacists in federally qualified health centers to be included in the list of pharmacists to whom physicians may delegate implementation or modification of a patient's drug therapy under a protocol.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action remains neutral on HB 2425 because it does not affect our liberty principles.
