Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action supports HB 2399 for promoting the principles of personal responsibility and limited government.  This bill would help to ensure that alcohol sellers are not trapped into being convicted of a crime which they knowingly made an attempt to avoid committing by means of attempting to verify the age of the purchaser.
