Bill Analysis

HB 2330 would require the Health and Human Services Commission and the Texas Division of Emergency Management to conduct a study of the feasibility of creating a form that would compile all information needed to obtain disaster assistance, an automatic intake system to collect the information, and a state case management system for disaster assistance.
