The Legislative Budget Board does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the state. 

Bill Analysis

HB 2068 would exempt documented tribal council members or employees of the legislative branch of tribal government for the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Tribe, the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo (Tigua Indian Tribe), or the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas from jury duty.
