No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


Bill Analysis

HB 2013 would allow for the implementation of rules adopted by the Texas Education Agency or the education commissioner in regards to school accountability to be delayed until the school year following the year that the rule was adopted, unless it is required by law to adopt and implement the rule sooner.
