No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Bill Analysis

HB 1168 would prohibit the carrying of a firearm on a tarmac or parking area for aircraft adjacent to airport terminals unless authorized by a federal agency. General Aviation areas of a commercial airport would be exempt from the provisions of this bill.

Vote Recommendation Notes
