sex trafficking, and other maltreatment of certain children.

No significant fiscal implication to the State is
anticipated.
Bill Analysis
Current law provides for training of certain school employees to recognize and prevent prevent sexual abuse, sex trafficking and maltreatment of children. This bill would require that such training also specifically include recognition and prevention of sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and maltreatment of children with significant
cognitive disabilities.
