Bill Analysis

This bill would extend the sunset provision for the Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Task Force from 2019 to 2023. The bill would also revise some of the study and reporting requirements of the task force, including data improvement and a feasibility study related to maternal health and safety.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Extending this task force which is still fulfilling the mission for which it was created does not affect our liberty principles. We remain neutral on HB 10.
