Bill Analysis
SR 712 would urge the U.S Congress to expand and extend the tax credit for carbon capture and utilization, provide sufficient appropriations to the U.S. Department of Energy for research, and support policies that increase operational efficiency of electric-generating units and the preservation of a fuel-diverse electric generation portfolio.
