Bill Analysis
Because the Falls County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 has fulfilled its purpose and its dissolution has been called for by election, SB 976 would dissolve the district and transfer all assets and obligations to the City of Marlin.

This bill upholds our principle of limited government by abolishing a government entity that has fulfilled its function and has been called to be dissolved by the voters. We support SB 976.
