Bill Analysis
CSSB 957 would require that a ballot proposition may be assigned a unique number or letter, that a constitutional proposition must be placed before all other propositions on the ballot, and that each proposition must identify the authority ordering the election on the measure.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill is procedural in nature and does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles therefore we remain neutral.
