Bill Analysis

Under current law, an appraisal review board must be able to hold hearings on protests on evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. SB 870 would prohibit the board from scheduling hearings on Sundays.

Vote Recommendation Notes

SB 870 does not appear to have a connection to our liberty principles, therefore we remain neutral.
