Relating to a study and report regarding best practices in the provision of dual credit courses by public institutions of higher education and the transfer of course credit between those institutions.

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

This bill would require the Texas Higher Education Coordinating board to conduct a study into the best ways to transfer dual credit courses offered by an institution of higher education to other institutions. The study would have to be submitted to the legislature by November 1, 2018.
