Bill Analysis

This bill would allow a provider in a managed care provider network that provides behavioral health services to also contract with the managed care organization to provide targeted case management and psychiatric rehabilitative services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill is permissive and authorizes something that is already current practice. There is no apparent connection to our liberty principles and we remain neutral.
