Bill Analysis
Under current law, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission is granted the authority to modify or eliminate the tagging requirements for legally harvested animals. SB 720 would also allow the commission to modify or eliminate requirements related to the possession and transportation of legally harvested animal carcasses, final destination, and final processing.
