Bill Analysis
Under current law, The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board collects data on the participation of people with intellectual disabilities in higher education undergraduate and graduate programs. This bill would also require the board to collect data on the enrollment numbers of disabled people in workforce continuing education programs.
