Bill Caption
Relating to the authority of chiropractors to form certain business entities with certain other professions.
Fiscal Notes
From the Legislative Budget Board: No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
Under current law, licensed doctors, osteopathy, and podiatrists can form a jointly owned corporation to perform health care services. SB 679 would allow licensed chiropractors to also form a jointly owned corporation.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This bill enhances our free market and limited government by expanding access for chiropractors to form certain businesses. We support SB 679.
